Memories Online utilizes Amazon Web Services (AWS) for all its backend needs, such as Cognito, Dynamodb, etc.
The only personal information we are able to see is the username and email that you use to signup.
Its very important to use an email that you will have access to, since we are unable to see or edit your password.
Password changes are done inside the game client at the Login Screen using your account email.
We don't ask for any personal information and we highly suggest you don't share any personal information while playing Memories Online
We have a virtual currency called "Sol" that is used to buy a wide array of cosmetics in the game
We don't offer any Pay-To-Win items and we don't have plans of ever adding P2W items to our main servers
In the future, if items considered P2W were ever added, it would be to a seperate server from the main F2P servers.
These seperate servers would get content updates a few months after F2P servers receive them.
We make no promises that a seperate server like this will ever be made.
We use Xsolla to handle all payments for PC and Mac, since it is a well-known and trustworthy payment solution.
